What’s Your Objective?
While the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) is perhaps the best-known conservation program for agriculture producers, additional opportunities include projects for wetlands, woodlands, working lands, soil protection, water conservation and quality, wildlife and pollinator habitat, river and stream protection, and removal of pits, drains, or ditches.

COVER CROP RECIPES
From Midwest Cover Crops Council
These publications are intended to provide a starting point for farmers who are new to growing cover crops. With experience, farmers may fine-tune the use of cover crops for their systems.
The Cover Crop Decision Tools are an initiative by the Midwest Cover Crop Council to consolidate cover crop information by state to help farmers make cover crop selections at the county level. Information for each state/province is developed by a team of cover crop experts including university researchers, Extension educators, NRCS personnel, agriculture department personnel, crop advisors, seed suppliers and farmers.
